We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Christian Bouigeon as Chairman of the Humens Group, succeeding Mr. Raymond Sinnah.
Mr. Raymond Sinnah, after ten years at the head of the Group, will remain actively involved in Humens as Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board and will continue as a shareholder alongside LETO Partners (the Group's current majority shareholder), ensuring a strong transition. The operational transition is already underway in an effective and coordinated manner.
Mr. Christian Bouigeon has worked for Saint-Gobain for twenty-seven years, including nineteen years in general management in several divisions. With extensive industrial and international experience in various markets, some of which overlap with those of the Humens Group, he will continue the momentum built up over the years, particularly in terms of decarbonisation and continuous improvement of industrial performance.
We would like to thank Mr. Raymond Sinnah for his long-term commitment and contributions to the development of the Humens Group and wish Mr. Christian Bouigeon every success in his new role.
